This terraced house to the east of Edinburgh had a fabulous view out over the Firth of Forth. Unfortunately an earlier kitchen extension and various garden outhouses blocked much of the view at ground floor level. These were demolished and a new living space created with the kitchen moved back into the house itself. The design took advantage of the panoramic view using extensive glazing and utilised the available natural light.
The main contractor was YB Contracts Ltd, working in conjuction with Kitchens International. The glazing was sourced from Nor-Dan UK.
